Who is Featherfoot?

Welcome!

My name is Alyssa, or just Featherfoot. I was born in Washington D.C. and moved to the UK when I was 8. Currently, I am studying for my Bachelor of Art and Science Degree with Honours in Game Art and Animation at SAE Institute.

My goal? To be the best like no-one ever was.

…..I’m partially kidding….however my real goal is to do character design, detailing, and rendering for video games and animation. I have a great deal of admiration for Tetsuya Nomura-the video game artist, designer and director at Square Enix.

I’ve always been a creative person; pursuing past-times such as ballet, violin, singing, theatre, songwriting and, most importantly, art.

I didn’t start specialising in art until only two years ago, but I’ve found it to be one of my favourite things. I’ve done all kinds of art from large-scale paintings to mixed media to little digital doodles that I do in my spare time.

Other projects I’ve worked on is a musical collaboration with the artist Ampyx on a single titled ‘Nirvana‘, which was released in February 2016.

Makeup artistry is another past-time I engage in, which I have done for the last three years for dance competitions, drama productions, and most recently for a pilot TV show.
